Andy Fisher, Commercial Development Advisory and Consulting Services

Andy Fisher has been active in commercial real estate development for more than 25 years with expertise in acquisitions, management, development and construction, most recently as senior vice president for Madison Marquette Real Estate Services.

Currently, as a development consultant for MMRS and other companies, he is responsible for development disciplines related to commercial projects, including physical due diligence, feasibility, planning, design, coordination and implementation.

Andy's major project experience includes development of new shopping centers including Spectrum Center Phase 1 in Irvine, California, the rehabilitation of existing shopping centers including Jantzen Beach Super Center in Portland, Oregon, and multi-tenant repositioning in many other centers.  One of his many adaptive reuse projects was 610,000-square-foot Torrance Promenade in Torrance, California.  Specialty project experience includes ADA retrofits, seismic retrofits, hazardous material remediation and significant turn-key tenant improvements.

Prior to his positions at MMRS, Andy was project manager for Burton Property Trust, a London based property developer, responsible for all US operations, including the construction / rehabilitation of numerous shopping centers. He also operated his own contracting company in Southern California.

Nancy May, Loose Ends –Tenant Improvement Coordination

Nancy May is a tenant coordination consultant with more than 25 years of experience effectively managing and coordinating the build-out and construction of retail tenant spaces. 

She developed programs for clients such as Madison Marquette, Donahue Schriber, The Irvine Company, Trammell Crow, Vestar/Kimco and The Rouse Company and has contributed to legendary California retail centers such as Fashion Island in Newport Beach, Glendale Galleria in Glendale, The District at Tustin Legacy in Tustin, Two Rodeo in Beverly Hills and The Irvine Entertainment Center in Irvine.

Her experience includes the role of liaison for landlords, tenants and contractors, interfacing with project managers, consultants and architects, assisting with the submittal and approval process between ownership and government agencies, inspecting final job sites with follow-up inspections, and providing detailed progress summary reports and as built submittals. 

Prior to consulting, Nancy worked in-house for Don Koll Company and Donahue Schriber, where she represented ownership in tenant construction and in the center construction process during major property renovations.

Harriet Jones, Marketing & Communication Resources

Harriet Jones is a marketing, advertising and public relations consultant with more than 25 years of experience in all areas of retail marketing and communication arts.  Her experience includes the development and implementation of marketing plans, effective creative concepts and branding with full agency creative services, trade show management, event production, public relations and corporate marketing.

Clients include, or have included, Terramar Retail Centers (formerly GMS Realty, LLC), Hopkins Real Estate Group, Cohen Financial Group, The Irvine Company, Donahue Schriber, Gerrity International, LLC, Trammell Crow Co., and Sumitomo Realty & Development.

Prior to consulting, Harriet was director of marketing for Donahue Schriber in Newport Beach, California.  She was also a marketing manager for Hughes, director of marketing for the Orange County Register's community newspaper division, senior account representative in the Los Angeles Times, Orange County electronic publishing division, and copywriter for Dayton Hudson Corporation in Minneapolis. 

Nellie Seddigh, Luxury Tenant Consultant

Nellie Seddigh, former Tiffany & Co. Vice President of Private Sales, Worldwide brings more than 24 years of vision, leadership and business acumen to her current role of luxury tenant consultant.  In her position at Tiffany, Nellie developed relationships and oversaw interactions with high net worth clientele while fulfilling a wide spectrum of their luxury retail needs.   In this capacity, she cultivated new top tier clients around the world increasing market share and supported the team of top performing Sales Professionals with events and opportunities to reach out to prospective clients as well as maintain the existing client base.

Prior to her global position, she was Vice President for Tiffany & Co.'s Los Angeles market, responsible for the premier jeweler's marketing, retail sales administration, financial planning, expense management, operations and human resources, new store openings, client development and community relations in Beverly Hills and a number of retail stores within the larger Los Angeles area.  Her strategic vision and planning led to the partnership between renowned architect Frank Gehry and Tiffany & Co., launching Gehry as the jeweler's newest designer in 25 years.

Specializing in internal tenant operations and sales, Nellie offers clients her signature blend of creative and operational strengths with recognized success in growing sales and profitability.

She is active in community and business affairs, having served as president of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce as well as on the boards of esteemed LA hospitals. In addition, she has served on multiple boards, including the board of directors of the Rodeo Drive Committee.
